• C – Cultivate As one of the first stepping stones in the teaching/learning process, we assist parents in cultivating a strong foundation in which children, youth, families, and staff can stand firm. Allowing their growth potential to be maximized in areas such as coping mechanisms, social skills, and age-appropriate developmental milestones.
• H – Health & Wellness Promoting initiatives that embrace healthy living and physical fitness on a daily basis is important to us. Having a proper diet and an exercise regimen directly affects a student’s ability to focus thereby, improving the learning process.
• M – Motivating Minds, Molding Memories Stimulating the five senses awakens the pathways to learning. Allowing memories to be created in a safe and fun environment.
• E – Environment As a center based on a Christian foundation, we aim to build character traits that embellish the nature of Christ. Providing a Christian lesson plan on a daily bases reinforces the teachings that are in the Bible
• N – Never leave a child behind. Always providing resources, such as counseling services and recommending therapeutic assessment when needed so that each individual aspires to greatness/having great value in their community. y
• T – Training Ongoing continuing education is a requirement that enriches staff to provide learning strategies that are commensurate with best practices of the Early Learning Community.
